fantastic stay!

superb location historic center valet parking helpful recommendations

the location is superb, right in the heart of the historic center. great restaurants are only within 5 min walking distance, i discovered. parking arrangements with the valet parking are excellent if you're driving. simona assisted with checkin and local recommendations.

The mattress felt a little cheap and flimsy. A better mattress would greatly improve sleep quality.

The communication with staff was excellent. Flavio and the team offered helpful suggestions for local attractions. Our Two-Bedroom Suite was modern and clean. The rooftop terrace offered city views (a perfect spot for enjoying the sunset!).

The breakfast room felt cramped due to its small size. There were only a few tables, so it was quite crowded during peak hours.

The breakfast service was not great. The staff seemed unwelcoming each morning. On another note, I discovered the roof deck only when I was leaving. That information should have been given earlier. I could have used it.

convenient location friendly staff musty smell weak wifi

the location was very convenient. i could easily walk to the main square and shops. the staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. the breakfast included was excellent with many options.

the room had a slight musty smell i noticed soon after arrival. the wifi signal was also quite weak in my room. i had to go to the lobby to get a stable connection for work.
